A graduate in painting and photography at the Lycée d'Enseignement Artistique de Cocody and at the National School of Fine Arts in Abidjan, where he graduated from his promotion in 2012, Yéanzi first worked as a commissioned portrait painter before developping a personal work from 2013. The particularity of his work, both in his technique - in particular painting from molten plastic - as in his way of capturing the urban world around him make him a recognized artist. Throughout his plastic explorations, always questioning identity, whether individual or collective, Yéanzi's work endeavors to represent a complex portrait of Ivorian society in all its variety.
